To kick this community off… we are looking for “That Guy” or “That Gal”. You know who they are. They are the person in the dealership that knows the CRM frontwards and backward. They handle the internet leads, marketing, new hires, and processes. They often deal with frustrated customers over the phone and in person. They manage budgets, vendors, HR issues, and pretty much anything the store can throw at them. The person we are looking for can often be found updating the website one minute and emptying the trash the next. Their goal is to make the dealership look good, all while hitting goals and keeping the peace between Sales and BDC. They are rarely trained for their job when they accept it. THEY JUST FIGURED IT OUT.
